No Caller I.D. is exactly how I love my short horror films… short and scary from beginning to end. The story wastes no time and gets right to the point, which is perfect. I was so pumped all the way through and found myself screaming at the screen. Sure we’ve all seen a killer in a mask but when done correctly, the suspense can be so effective, which it was. Jocelyn Christian plays the main character and she really conveys the fear one can expect if found in that predicament, alone and scared. Director, Guy Pigden takes a page from John Carpenter, injects it with new life and does it really well.
